The Problem Space
The world is experiencing growing Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity & Ambiguity or VUCA. We are in a time of unprecedented change, “a time between worlds” as described by educational theorist Dr. Zak Stein.
“The times are urgent, let us slow down”-Bayo Akomolafe
Our modes of operation often settle into predictability. Now we must develop a new relationship with the unknown, novelty and liminality.
Liminality comes from limen or threshold. A place between stages. Futurist Jordan Hall describes it as ‘the moment after you are washed under a wave.’' You are disoriented and cannot distinguish up from down. In this circumstance we must slow down, let go of knowing and patiently allow direction to emerge in order to move decisively.
Transformative dialogue supports you to navigate liminality, to become more attuned as an individual & team, and be prepared to full-heartedly surf the waves of change.

Einstein famously opined that “we cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” This is the crux of why we need transformation.
Leaders and teams today are called to transformation that extends beyond the scope of work & workplace.
I offer a novel approach that dissolves the problem space so that we can begin to creatively re-weave and re-imagine the landscape of possibility from a fresh standpoint.
What is Transformative Dialogue?
Transformative Dialogue brings us into a qualitatively different state of being. It has a quality of extra-ordinary presence in which we’re tuned in to an expanded sense of the moment. We experience a rare quality of conversational immersion that connects us to a ground of meaningfulness and opens new possibilities for insight.
With the improv spirit of Jazz, the dialogue is an organically emerging flow in which we learn in 1-1 & groups to harmonise into a whole beyond the sum of its parts. This practice is nothing less than a new frontier in the evolution of consciousness, connecting us with a greater wisdom that lives between us and carries into our lives.

About the dialogue process:
We begin with the breath.
Letting go of the acceleration of the known, we drop in to the present through meditation.
By tuning into our embodiment, we connect to our intuitive navigation and the wisdom of embodied cognition.
We deepen our quality of listening and learn to speak from our listening.
Through intentional presence create a sandbox for deep learning between us.
We get out of our heads and into an emergent creative flow. Igniting a generative & meaningful conversation.
Through our practice we develop our integrity and conversational leadership.
Working with your Org’s Transformation:
Not imposing pre-existing blueprints for change or linear A-B road maps.
Work meetings often have pre-planned agendas & outcomes with implicit limitations. I open a live space for creativity & authenticity. Your people can find a renewed sense meaning and agency through this co-creative emergent process.
By shifting the kind of conversations we have, we impact the entire fabric of organisational culture & decision making.
Remember that the map is not the territory. We learn together to hold our maps loosely & reconnect with your deeper senses and sensemaking capacities.
Illuminate the ways of thinking and being in which your challenges are embedded.
